As the casting technique has evolved and product requirements have changed, we have continued to develop our QC system. We've introduced the ISO 9001 standard in our company, we have been increasing the investment to purchase more sophisticated testing equipment, also we have built up an employee training program so that each of our regular staff is able to understand the QC system. In addition, we have implemented technologies including squeeze die casting for the production of high-performance copper parts, and in the following days, to meet even more specific customer needs, we will carry out even more strict quality control procedures and internal manuals.
For each product, a Quality Assurance Plan will be designed by our QA manager so that all detailed control characteristics are considered. This plan will be distributed to workshop engineers and workers involved in its project, which guarantees quality control at each of the production stages with each part, for example, in the vacuum investment casting process.
Our company has an examination-certificated inspector and a specific on-site inspection device, so we can examine the product in our workshop without moving it which is very important for the big casting part. We can take the MT, UT, PT, ET, and Corrosion Resistance testing on our site. And in our collaborative testing agency, we can carry out more tests such as HIC, SSC, IGC, etc.
