Rayforce Manufacture is a private company which engaged in the manufacturing, design, and testing, technic development of casting parts with iron, steel, aluminum, and other alloy materials. Our foundry has over a decade of experience in iron casting, it has over 100 experienced employees and equipped with excellent machines to meet the strict requirement of our customers. We are committed to relentless improvement, sustainable initiatives, and we keep moving forward to better meet our customer's requirements with qualified casting products.

Our foundry is able to perform sand casting, investment casting, and die casting manufacturing as well. As a metal casting company, we can produce casting parts up to 40 tons of weight per single piece, annual casting capability is up to 20,000 tons. According to the clients' drawings, our casting techniques are among sand casting, investment casting, lost foam casting, lost-was casting and die casting, etc.  Combine with our superior capability on heat treatment, shot blasting, grinding, machining, test, and delivery,  so we could supply the parts to our customers with complete casting solutions.

We also offer our services for the advisory and development of casting components, as well as advice on design and improvement for the casting part based on our engineer expert. We could do 3D and 2D CAD drawings for you.
